Victor Apat is a thirty year veteran in the commercial and institutional construction field having founded and managed his own commercial construction company based in Charleston SC. His background includes over 1,500 projects ranging from healthcare to industrial and office. His asset management experience includes strategic repositioning of commercial property, ground up development, managing site selection, rezoning and leasing for numerous projects. His projects have been focused throughout the Southeast and the Bahamas.

Vic is president of the Charleston Exchange Club, which runs the local fair that supports over 70 local charities through its proceeds.

Ashleigh comes from a background in private equity where she was part of a small team overseeing a portfolio of real estate service businesses including NAI Global and RCM1. Ashleigh handles site selection, underwriting and securing debt and equity. She also oversees the development process including rezoning and is instrumental in the design. Ashleigh received her MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt.

Ashleigh is president of the Charleston Vanderbilt Alumni chapter, is active in ULI and is an avid equestrian.
